Volunteers are critical to our success, as we are 100% volunteer based. c. We sometimes need help with transportation to vet appointments (typically SAFE in Macon or GCRR in Cochran) and assistance at events. Sign up to help when you are available. Needs are posted in our volunteer group on Facebook.
*Children ages 13-15 can volunteer with parental supervision.

Fostering is VITAL to our organization. If we don’t have fosters, we cannot save dogs and cats in need - either from shelters, owner surrenders, or unclaimed strays.
A foster provides care for a dog/cat until they find their forever home. We provide their vetting, food, and other basic supplies; you provide a home, love. and socialization. An amazing foster will work on basic training (crate training, sit/stay, and general manners). This will make them more attractive to potential adopters and will better prepare the dog/cat for their forever home.
